Justine’s bridal shower took place on a warm summer afternoon at Croxley’s Ale House in Farmingdale. Tucked in the back of the restaurant is The Garden & The Loft—a private space with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and just the right amount of room to gather without feeling too formal.
As guests arrived, they were greeted with warm hugs and tasty drinks. The room quickly filled with laughter and conversation, and from the start, there was this easy, joyful rhythm to the day. It felt like everyone was exactly where they were meant to be.
One of the most fun parts of the afternoon was when Frankie, the groom, stopped by to join in for the Shoe Game. Everyone was all smiles watching them answer questions side by side—it was sweet, playful, and such a nice way to include him in the celebration.
Before the afternoon wrapped up, I pulled Justine aside for a few quick portraits. The light inside and outside the Loft was perfect, and I’m so glad we carved out a few quiet moments together. There’s always something special about stepping away for a few minutes to soak it all in—and the photos from that little pocket of time are adorable.
This shower felt like such a reflection of Justine herself—laid-back, fun, and full of warmth. It was the best way to celebrate what’s to come.
