Grayson’s fourth birthday was all about big wheels, bold colors, and full-speed fun. With Design Your Day Events leading the creative direction, his Monster Truck Bash came together as a high-energy celebration that felt playful, polished, and perfectly age-appropriate.
“At this age, the boys just choose their theme,” Olga from Design Your Day Events shared. “Grayson just loves monster trucks.” That simple inspiration drove the entire design, and it showed. The theme felt authentic, fun, and exactly right for a four-year-old who knows what he loves.
From the moment guests arrived, the details made an impact. Custom foam boards were used throughout the space to bring the monster truck theme to life, adding dimension and personality without overwhelming the room. One standout detail was the donut tower, which quickly became a favorite for both kids and adults.
The party was hosted at Plandome Country Club, offering a spacious and comfortable setting for celebrating. Luxe Play NY created a soft play setup that kept the kids moving and engaged, while Balloons by Sorin tied everything together with bold, playful balloon installations that echoed the theme.
Paparazzi Entertainment joined the party as a roaming photo booth, capturing candid moments as the kids played, laughed, and celebrated. Privilege Events kept the energy up with music that worked for all ages, creating an easy, upbeat flow throughout the event.
Design Your Day Events handled every detail seamlessly. Having worked with Grayson’s family for nine of their milestones, she truly understood their vision. The result was a party that felt joyful, personal, and stress-free.
